Freshness and creativity are our favorite ingredients—and at the heart of it all is Diane. Without Diane, The Seafood Gourmet simply wouldn’t be possible. From the very beginning, she has been the driving force behind the systems, structure, and standards that keep everything running smoothly. Most notably, Diane designed the operation that powers our busiest time of year—“Fishmas”—allowing us to seamlessly handle up to 300 pre-orders for the holiday.

Working alongside her is manager Bill, her trusted right-hand man. Dedicated and sharp, Bill has taken the lead on day-to-day management, helping Diane implement the systems and organization that keep the business running at its best.

The Seafood Gourmet has been proudly owned and operated by Diane and John Ciravolo since 1988. Each day, fresh seafood is carefully selected and picked up from the Fulton Fish Market in the Bronx, NY, ensuring the highest quality for our customers. In 2006, the Ciravolos expanded their vision, adding a full-service dining room to better serve the community.
